Use the melted butter to glaze the hen and then pat the hen with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goldshorseradish.com\/golds-delicatessen-style-mustard?page_id=42\">Gold\u2019s Deli Mustard<\/a>. Crust with crushed pistachio and parmesan and roast at 350\u00b0 for 30-40 minutes till the internal temp of the hen reaches 160\u00b0 and the juices run clear.<\/p>\n<p>Boil the potatoes until easily pierced with a fork. Mash the potatoes and mix 2 tablespoons of truffle.
