2 turnips
4 fresh figs
5 tbsp. Fox’s pancake syrup


Peal and large dice the 2 turnips. Thinly slice the 4 fresh figs.

In a mixing bowl, toss the turnips and figs with 5 tablespoons of Fox’s pancake syrup. Place on a baking sheet and roast in a 350°for 20 minutes or until the turnips are tender.

Serve & enjoy. These are great with the Pistachio-Crusted Cornish Game Hen with Truffle Mashed Potatoes.
